In 2014, Cheryl, a cancer survivor, was diagnosed with Lymphedema, a painful disease that severely affected her mobility. After meeting with her, the organization paid off some of her burdensome medical bills and renovated her bathroom with a walk-in shower and updates that provide full accessibility within her own home.
